You describe your product (adding a photo is optional). VidAds writes a script you can edit, then a licensed AI presenter speaks it to camera with a lip-synced voice. You get a clean MP4 of the presenter. On paid plans, the built-in video editor lets you add captions, your logo and product photos, text, effects and music, then export the final ad.

The presenter is a synthetic AI avatar, not a real customer — don't present it as one. Ads don't carry an on-screen AI label, so turn on your ad platform's AI-content setting when you publish. When you add your product photo in the editor, it's placed exactly as you upload it — it isn't redrawn by a model. The presenter doesn't physically hold or use the product.

Scripts, voices and captions work in English, French, Arabic (Modern Standard), Moroccan Darija, Egyptian Arabic, Gulf Arabic, German, Italian, Hindi, Thai, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese. Dialects (Moroccan Darija, Egyptian and Gulf Arabic) are written in the dialect and voiced with Arabic voices plus an accent hint, so pronunciation can lean towards standard Arabic — they're marked beta.

Most ads finish in a few minutes: the presenter renders, then we prepare the clean MP4. Editor exports usually take under a minute. Busy periods at the video provider can make it longer; you can leave the page and come back — the finished ad appears in your projects.

Every ad shows its credit cost before you generate. Cost depends on the presenter quality and length — for example a 15-second ad is 10 credits with a standard presenter and 42 with a premium presenter. Credits are held when you start and you're only charged for what was actually rendered. If a generation fails, every held credit goes back to your balance.

MP4 (H.264 video, AAC audio) in 9:16 vertical (720×1280), 1:1 square (720×720) or 16:9 landscape (1280×720), at 15, 30, 45, 60 seconds. The spoken script sets the exact length, so it can run a second or two either side.

Yes, you can use ads you generate in your own marketing, subject to our Terms and the AI providers' terms. You're responsible for the claims in your ad and for having the rights to the product photo and logo you upload. Ads are labelled as AI-generated, and you must not present the AI presenter as a real customer.

A sharp JPG, PNG or WebP of the product on a plain or simple background, at least 768 pixels on the shortest side (512 is the minimum we accept), under 10 MB. Avoid photos with text overlays, watermarks or several products.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Billing; it stops future renewals and you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically. For payment refunds see our refund policy — unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Uploads and generated videos are private to your account and served through short-lived links. Your product photo, logos and music stay with us — anything you add in the editor is rendered by our own servers. Your script text is shared only with our AI providers, to write it and to voice it — see the Privacy policy for who they are. You can delete projects or your whole account at any time, which deletes the files.

PayPal — with a PayPal balance or a card through PayPal checkout. Plans are monthly (Starter $29, Creator $59, Agency $119). One-time packs start at $12.00 for 50 credits. We never see or store your card details.
