Refund policy

Failed generations

If a generation fails for any reason — a model error, a timeout, or a safety-filter rejection — every credit held for it returns to your balance automatically.

Credit packs

One-time credit packs can be refunded to your PayPal account within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack's credits have been used. Email ettammar.dev@gmail.com with your PayPal transaction ID.

Subscriptions

• Cancel any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan and remaining credits until the end of the period you've paid for.
• If you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend and haven't used any of that month's credits, contact us within 7 days of the charge for a refund.
• If a payment is refunded or reversed, the credits it added are removed from your balance.
