Disclosing AI content is your responsibility
Ads made with VidAds don't carry an on-screen AI label. Many ad platforms and some laws (including the EU AI Act) require you to disclose AI-generated people or content. When you publish, use your platform's AI-content setting, or add a label in the video editor, wherever it's required.
No fake people, no fake reviews
AI presenters are synthetic. Testimonial-style ads are written as opinions and must not be presented as real customers' reviews. We don't create likenesses of real people; custom avatars, when available, will require verified consent from the person depicted.
Claims
Our script writer only uses the facts you provide and avoids unprovable claims. If you add claims yourself, you must be able to substantiate them.
Commercial use and model terms
Presenter videos are generated with HeyGen using its licensed stock avatars, and scripts with Google's Gemini models. Their terms can restrict certain uses (for example political or deceptive content); we will tell you if a provider's terms change what you can do with your ads.
Report misuse
Email ettammar.dev@gmail.com with a link to the ad and why it's a problem. We review reports within two working days and suspend accounts that break our terms.
