Who we are

What we collect

• Account data: email address, display name and, if you use Google sign-in, your Google profile name and photo.
• Content you provide: product photos, logos, product descriptions, scripts and brand settings.
• Generated content: scripts, presenter videos and finished ads.
• Billing records: PayPal order, capture and subscription identifiers, amounts and status. We never receive or store your card or bank details.
• Usage data: credit balance and history, generation jobs and their status, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — pages visited and product events via Google Analytics.

Why we use it

• To run the service you asked for: generate, store and deliver your ads (contract).
• To take payments and keep accurate credit and billing records (contract and legal obligation).
• To prevent abuse, such as repeated free-credit sign-ups (legitimate interest).
• To understand which parts of the site help people create ads, if you consent to analytics (consent).
• To send product emails only if you opt in; every email has an unsubscribe link (consent).

Who processes it for us

• Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, authentication, database and file storage.
• HeyGen — renders the AI presenter video. The script text, your chosen presenter and voice are sent to HeyGen only to generate your ad. Your product photo, logos and music are not sent; our own servers render any edits.
• Google Cloud (Vertex AI) — writes the draft script from the product details you enter. Inputs are not used to train Google's models.
• PayPal — payments and subscriptions.
• Google Analytics — only with your consent.

How long we keep it

• Your projects, uploads and finished ads: until you delete them or your account.
• Intermediate files (presenter renders): not stored by us; HeyGen's download links expire within days. Our job records keep only the HeyGen video id.
• Billing and credit ledger records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after account deletion.

Your choices and rights

You can download your ads, delete individual projects, or delete your whole account from Settings. Deleting your account removes your uploads, projects and generated videos. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict or object to processing and to complain to your data protection authority. Contact us to exercise them.

Security

Files are private by default and delivered through short-lived signed links. Payment secrets and API keys are kept on our servers only.
