Terms of service

The service

VidAds generates short video ads from product information you provide, using third-party AI models. Results vary and may contain errors; preview every ad before you publish it.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. Keep your login secure. One free starter allowance per person; creating extra accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.

Credits and plans

• Each generation shows its credit cost before you start. Credits are held when a generation starts; you are charged for what was used and the rest is returned. Failed generations are refunded in credits automatically.
• Plans, at the prices shown on our pricing page when you subscribe, renew monthly through PayPal until cancelled and add their credits on each successful payment.
• Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred, and are only refunded as described in the refund policy.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice.

Your content and your ads

• You keep your rights in what you upload. You give us permission to process it, and to send it to our AI providers, solely to provide the service.
• Subject to these terms and the AI model providers' terms, you may use the ads you generate for any lawful purpose, including paid advertising.
• You confirm you have the rights to every photo, logo and brand you upload.
• You are responsible for the claims in your ads and for complying with advertising law and ad platform policies in your markets.

Not allowed

• Impersonating a real person or brand, or depicting a real person without their consent.
• Presenting an AI presenter or testimonial-style ad as a real customer's review.
• Unsubstantiated health, medical, financial or legal claims; ads for illegal products or services.
• Sexual content, content involving minors, hate, harassment, or deceptive or fraudulent ads.
• Running ads without disclosing AI-generated content where law or platform policy requires it.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we suspend you for a reason other than a breach, we'll refund unused purchased credits.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
